Konstantin Gladych is the CEO of Atomic Wallet
Last updated: 2024-08-26, 08:28 Pacific Time
Atomic Wallet suffered a massive breach ($100 million+) in June 2023. To date, the company has not reported the cause of this vulnerability nor disclosed a resolution.
In spite of providing limited response to affected users, Konstantin’s company presents Atomic Wallet as secure. Atomic Wallet’s site notes that their product is safer than “keeping your money with a Swiss Bank”.
It appears that Konstantin Gladych (also known as Konstantin Gladyshev) and Atomic Wallet are attempting to bury this incident. There’s only one mention of the hack on Atomic’s website. Support requests are met with a generic auto-generated response. Victims’ posts are removed on Reddit, by Atomic Wallet’s moderators. It seems that Atomic Wallet is purchasing fake 5-star reviews on Trustpilot.
Update: To counter the barrage of dubious seeming reviews for Atomic Wallet, we’ve created the Atomic Wallet Reviews website. Our hope is that this website can help highlight real reviews from affected Atomic Wallet users. If you wish to share your review of Atomic Wallet you can email your review to us.
With this page we aim to inform potential Atomic Wallet users of what others have experienced—and warn them about the significant risk Konstantin’s company presents to users. (Konstantin is also the CEO of Changelly.)
